Milly,that one makes me think I should be reincarnated as a coconut, then I could have some fun with trying to aim....... mind you having someone split my head open and drink from me wouldn't be too appealing.

Maybe I should rethink that one.

Wikipedia states that "Right-handed people live, on average, nine years longer than left-handed people." is no longer a proven fact.

"A study published in 1991 claimed that these statistics indicate that left-handed people's lifespans are shorter than those of their right-handed counterparts by as much as 9 years. The authors suggested that this may be the result of left-handed people being more likely to die in accidents as a result of their "affliction", which renders them clumsier and ill-equipped to survive in a right-handed world. Many subsequent studies have shown no evidence that left-handed people have reduced longevity compared to right-handed people."

Also i think lefty's are more clumsy bc i am the clumsies person i knoe!! ha

Screw that! I was born as a right handed person, until I got surgery on my thumb since the bone split and made my thumb shaped like a heart. (no it wasn't like having two thumbs, dumbasses, everyone thinks that, but it isn't.) So I forced myself to be left handed. I had the surgery when I was 1.

So does....... that....... mean I will die, since I'm a left handed person or what?????

and starfishes have no brains???! whoa.???

A starfish my not have a "physical" brain like other sea creatures or land walking creatures. But their entire body is filled with neurons that send signals everywhere as if there were a brain. It's entire body could be considered a brain.

I love being lefty but i feel left out in the world because everything is made for rightys. its like theyre trying to run us out or something but i like the fact that leftys have higher IQs and we even have our own day! August 13th!!!! Thats amazing and i should get gifts on that day. My mom and dad are both lefts but my mom is like both handed sooo yea... also all of my 3 siblings are rightys and my in laws are too... my niece is a righty but my nephew is a lefty like me and i love them to death but my nephew also does physical things with his right hand just like me so im in love cuz i found someone else who is just like me in my family and out of my 11 cousins only 1 of them is a lefty and hes joining the marines so i hope he isnt clumsy.... and yea thats my story

Being left handed is a gift i think some of the most creative and most logical thinkers on this planet were lefties einstein, beethoven , michealangalo, mc escher, da vinci, ben franklin , newton, and so forth ya i think the clumsiness has to do with your footing too being a left footer and hander may make you a bit more clumsy i think oh ya and aug. 13 woo hoo my birthday just recently found out it was lefties day and i didnt even know 0.o 93 too double bad luck it was on a friday too, does that mean i will die even sooner then my fellow southpaws?? coincedence? karma? luck? think about it there all the same thing,
