Some interesting facts about Japan.
In Japan they call Pokemon cards, Pokemonsters!
You may already know that you don’t wear shoes in the house, you wear slippers, but did you also know that there are special slippers designed to be worn when visiting the toilet? There are also special 'corridor' slippers.
It is considered quite rude to blow your nose in public.
However I've also heard that it is socially acceptable to pick your nose in public and urinate at the side of the road.
It is also considered rude to show signs of affection toward a loved one in public.
Even weirder, the word “no” (pronounced eeyai) is banished in Japanese. Questions should be asked of Japanese citizens that don't lead to the word 'no'. Hard to believe I know, but it's an often used travel tip. don't ask someone if they know where something is located, ask them to help you find it instead if you get my drift.
There is at least one vending machine on every city corner.
From these you can buy batteries, beer, wine, condoms, cigarettes, comic books, hot dogs, light bulbs, and used women's underwear from vending machines.

In Japan, Ally Mc Beal is called “Ally My Love” because McBeal when said in a Japanese dialect sounds like McBeer
