Somewhere, someone in a company out there in the big wide world, has designed an odour absorbing pad to wear in your briefs/underwear to absorb the smell of the thunder down under.
Now you'll note this is for smell only, not sound but for some people I guess it's a start.
Marketed as Subtle Butt, disposable gas neutralisers, you can find out more about them here, plus watch a mildly entertaining video about them HERE.
However if underarm odour is more your thing then they have a solution to that too, along with a few other 'problem' areas.
