Ever experienced the tantalising sensation of Brain Tacos on your tongue?

Why ever not, begs the question?

Surely this Italian dish otherwise known as Cevello di agnella alla napoletana can't be much worse than the idea of eating France's Fish Sperm Crepes otherwise known as Pannequets aux laitances.

Or for that matter France's Stuffed Pig Rectum Sausage, Andouilles de troyes.

But then again you may prefer to try Mexico's Gusitanitos di maguey, or Caterpillar Pretzels.

You might think the English language to be the same world over in English speaking countries, but not so.

The range of variations is quite wide between say Australian English, British English and American English.

In Ancient Peru, when a woman found an 'ugly' potato, it was the custom for her to push it into the face of the nearest man.

The streets of ancient Mesopotamia became literally knee-deep in rubbish. they had not put a proper rubbish removal system in place and this was the result.
