BANANA PEELS - SLIPPERY Little Suckers!!

Banana peels - touted all over the world as being slippery little suckers. Old wives tale or just another cliche?
Up until now, that's pretty much what I had thought and that the most fun you could have with bananas (aside from any dirty-minded thoughts) was throwing old, rotten bananas into ceiling fans. Don't believe me on that one either.......well as it happens, an entire class in my high school was given detention many years ago for that one....
But anyway, for years I had considered banana peels to be quite a harmless joke and not the evil doers that they have been made out to be. Boy was I wrong on that score!
It seems banana peels do indeed have a malevolent nature as I was myself able to witness, nay, experience, this deception unmask itself this very morning, when I did indeed cross the road near my daughter's school where hidden amongst the fallen Autumn foliage, lay the banana peel, complete with camouflage gear.
Unaware of it's presence, the banana peel, unerring in it's malicious plan was able to place itself underfoot and apply it's most viciously evil nature to the whole of my anatomy, which by the way, had only just recovered from the spill last night in the dark room falling off the last few steps of the stairwell in my house.
As my most comedic performance endured, the banana peel I'm sure was very gleeful having succeeded in it's cunning plan, and at the 11th hour I was able to regain my balance before completely hitting the ground and witnessed by one other parent who commented on my entertaining performance, unaware herself of the assistance of my yellow-fleshed friend. So yes, the fiend was able to remain further hidden from the general public much I'm sure to its pleasure.
When I returned to the scene of the crime on my way back, I noticed the banana peel, attempting to look all sorrowful and innocent, but I wasn't having any of that, giving it it's well deserved reward from my size 7's!
So the moral of this story - Beware of banana peels! - Sure, they look harmless enough, and they seem harmless enough, and OK, maybe I just got the one rottenapple banana in the bunch, but from now on I'll be keeping my wits about me and eyes peeled just in case another should engage in a similar plan.
So I'd advise you all to heed my warning as you never know when one of these seemingly innocent looking, but evil banana peels lying in wait, could turn and strike!

Yes indeed! They are truly both, are they not?
Someone should tell Ruddick...I know...The Chaser Team!!! They have their own site and you can make suggestions for the show...such as investigating the guerrilla tactics of banana addicted gorillas, under the secret control of, the BLO!!!
I can just imagine them actually investigating this BLO!!!
